He was very professional and his knowledge of the local market is second to none. He is trustworthy and honest, two qualities I want in anyone I do business with. We told Tim the number we had in mind to sell our house for a quick sale. He told us we could get more than our original number so we agreed upon new figure and he listed the house. With in two days we had an accepted offer and for full asking price!! 20 percent more than I would have accepted if I had sold the house on my own without consulting in Tim. I was out of the country for business during the sale and Tim handled everything for us. Lining up contractors for minor repairs and setting up all the necessary meetings. House was closed on about five weeks after being listed. I would strongly recommend using Tim to list your house or assist you in purchasing a future home.
Tim is about as friendly and personable as it comes, which makes a big life change and much more comfortable process.
He always responds promptly to questions via text, call and email, and will find any answer you need. He's very honest and open about the houses you are interested in, and the one you are trying to sell. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else!

I met Tim when I was purchasing my first home. He became a friend and continued to help when something tragic happened to the home I had worked so hard for.
