My family and I were looking to move back to the Rapids area. We were living in Appleton so it was a little tricky. Tim set up multiple showings for when I was in town and also took my Mom and Sister to look at houses when I wasn't available. We have two young girls, so packing them up to come look at a bunch of houses wasn't always ideal. We were constantly communicating via email or text. We found our forever home and we couldn't be happier! It was such a wonderful feeling knowing that we had things taken care of and we weren't even in the same city. It was a very smooth transition and we're very grateful for Tim's help. On moving day we were gifted some delicious treats and cocktails, but best of all, there was a gift bag full of coloring books, crayons, play jewelry and a bunch of fun stuff for my daughters. It was such a pleasant surprise. We are grateful for Tim's help and would recommend him to anyone looking for help in purchasing their new home!

We told Tim the number we had in mind to sell our house for a quick sale. He told us we could get more than our original number so we agreed upon new figure and he listed the house. With in two days we had an accepted offer and for full asking price!! 20 percent more than I would have accepted if I had sold the house on my own without consulting in Tim. I was out of the country for business during the sale and Tim handled everything for us. Lining up contractors for minor repairs and setting up all the necessary meetings. House was closed on about five weeks after being listed. I would strongly recommend using Tim to list your house or assist you in purchasing a future home.
