Working with Tim was a great experience for us from start to finish. He was very professional and his knowledge of the local market is second to none. He is trustworthy and honest, two qualities I want in anyone I do business with.
We told Tim the number we had in mind to sell our house for a quick sale. He told us we could get more than our original number so we agreed upon new figure and he listed the house. With in two days we had an accepted offer and for full asking price!! 20 percent more than I would have accepted if I had sold the house on my own without consulting in Tim. I was out of the country for business during the sale and Tim handled everything for us. Lining up contractors for minor repairs and setting up all the necessary meetings. House was closed on about five weeks after being listed. I would strongly recommend using Tim to list your house or assist you in purchasing a future home.

They say there's no place like home, and for me, that sentiment couldn't ring truer—I'm a proud Wisconsinite through and through.
Alongside me on this incredible journey is my wife, Tara, a fellow Rapids native who now shines as the Assistant VP of Retirement Plans at Nicolet Bank. Together, we share a deep love for our community, often spending our leisurely days cruising the river with our 2 kids and 2 labs enjoying the Wisconsin River in all its beauty!
A Fascinating Connection
In a charming twist of fate, Tara's grandfather, Karl Bremmer, played an unexpected role in my life story. In 1976, he facilitated the sale of my parents' first home—the very place where I took my first steps and where my parents still reside today. Stepping into this fine family tradition brings me immense joy and a profound sense of connection to my past.
